SemGroup Begins Implementation of TMA’s Web-based Solution
PRESS RELEASE. TULSA, OK, January 9, 2008 – SemGroup, LP recently began the implementation of their first maintenance management system, WebTMA. The CMMS is a fully integrated system that will be deployed throughout the entire company beginning with the Materials Division.
Having no existing system, the selection process by SemGroup centered on providing a solution that could be embraced by users as a positive change to their day-to-day duties. WebTMA met this objective because of its ease of use, as well as all other technical specifications SemGroup required in a CMMS. Additionally, SemGroup will utilize WebTMA in managing their preventive maintenance program, providing more effective analysis of manufacturers and contractors, and incorporating system functionality in their business operations as they bring their remaining divisions online with WebTMA.
